Week 3: Thing 7

I am behind the times when it comes to technology. I do find digital cameras interesting and I am planning to learn how to use one. At this time, however, I still use my 35 mm camera that requires film. My children can't believe that I'm so behind the times. I must admit that it is nice to immediately know whether you got the shot you wanted or if someone had their eyes closed, etc. I also think it's great that pictures can be shared on line so quickly. I viewed wedding pictures on line that I would have probably never had the chance to see otherwise. One of my goals this summer is to learn how to use a digital camera and take advantage of all of this technology that's available these days.

Week 3; Thing 6

I have taken some time and explored quite a few Flickr sites. I really can't narrow it down to one thing that intrigued me. I find it fascinating that people can be so creative. It makes me feel rather unimaginative.

Week 3: Thing 5

I have been exploring Flickr and trying to find my way around. I did post 2 pictures on my blog. I'm hoping I can figure out how to change one of the pictures and how to get my blog name back on top of the page. Obviously, I've still got a lot to learn!

Week 2: Thing 4

Well, I've registerd this blog and am waiting to get officially on board. Had a little confusion about the google e-mail, but I got that resolved. I'm a little apprehensive about Flicker - next week's thing, but I'm sure that with a little help, I'll figure it out.

Week 2: Thing 3

This is my first blog experience. I've had help from several co-workers and we've even had a little fun with it.

Week 1: Thing 2

This was the lifelong learning thing. I think I need to work on these learning habits a bit. The older I get, the more important it is to keep learning and keep the mind working - even though I think that sometimes its more of a challenge.

Week 1: Thing 1

The adventure begins. This will be a challenging experience. The program should be interesting to say the least!!
